Wendy Little is a painter, photographer, writer, and musician based in Los Angeles.
Little's influences are somewhat evident - as the curator of the Timmel Collection commented,
"If Alfred Hitchcock and Claude Monet had a child, it could be Little."
Favorites include Claude Monet, Louise Joséphine Bourgeois, Paul Gauguin,
Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, HR Giger, Chihuly, and Salvador Dali.
She is also a fan of Stephen King, William Castle, Hammer Films,
Tim Burton, Alfred Hitchcock, and Zdzisław Beksiński.
Little is a member of Women in Music "WIM" (Los Angeles),
Children's Book Writers of Los Angeles,
and the Friends of the Snite Museum at the University of Notre Dame.
Little attended the Berklee College of Music, in Boston, MA,
where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Professional Music.
Little plays both the piano and violin.
After graduating from Berklee, Little moved to London, England, where
she was a studio musician and music journalist.
She loved London so much that she made it her home for several years.
Her passion for photography really developed during this time.
Little eventually moved back to the States, where she was the operations manager
of a symphony orchestra, and then became the promotions director
of an award-winning fine arts festival.
